HOW TO ORDER
You can place your order online; we then contact you to confirm your order. You can also call (07) 3221 4881 between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday – we are more than happy to take your order over the phone and help you further with any questions you many have on a product.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The payment options available are Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and Amex) Debit Card or Cash. You can enter your credit card details in the checkout process once you have placed an order. If you prefer to give your credit card details over the phone, call (07) 3221 4881 to arrange credit card payment. Credit Card Numbers and Credit Card details are securely collected at the time of payment for the sole purpose of transmitting to the banks for processing.
Payment must be made in full and cleared before any orders are sent out.
POSTAGE CHARGES
Customers will be quoted postage and contacted to agree on the freight charge, prior to delivery. Freight fee will be calculated depending on delivery address.
Postage on international orders will be calculated separately.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow up to seven working days for delivery (if in stock).
Personalised orders can take 2-3 weeks to complete the order.
If an item is not in stock and delivery will be delayed, we shall contact you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as The Sheil Collection does not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
GIFT WRAPPING
All gift items are boxed for presentation.
If you wish for us to send your beautiful gift onto the recipient you nominate, we will ensure it arrives to the destination on time. We will then post the receipt directly to you. We can also include a gift card with a personalised message.
