Returns

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform THE SHEIL COLLECTION if an order does not arrive.

Our gifts are professionally packed to avoid damage during transportation - in the event of goods being damaged prior to arrival, we will happily exchange your gift. We must recieve notification of damages on the day of arrival and have damaged goods returned tp Sheil Collection within 7 days. Please ensure you send your goods fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination ( The Sheil Collection will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments).

The Sheil Collection is not liable to refund any international taxes or duties on exported goods.

Returned goods must be in original box and accompanied by sales receipt and or packing slip as well as photos of original wrapping and box after damage has been discovered.

With 4 decades of gift packaging - we are confident all purchases are appropriately and expertly packaged for safe and secure delivery ensuring your gift arrives at its destination in perfect condition.

The products are hand made, this can sometimes mean availability is not instant - we endeavour to keep as much stock on hand at all times and to inform you of anydelay in delivery.

Shipments can be delivered to another specified address than your own, simply specify other delivery address during checout.

All items are beautifully and eco-friendlypresented with a complimentary Australian card and envelope. WE can also write a short message to be included if desired.

Shipping and any specialist costs are added to the cost of items purchased.

The cost of shipping is calculated by weight/volume and charged at cost  - all products are insured and trackable unless otherwise requested by the customer.
